Meeting Planners aren't all equal. This is how some choose to "cut costs". We see the beef but where are the veggies?
We say this only half in jest. In reality, the better way to be economical with this meal would've been to cut out a slight portion of meat and FILL the plate with vegetables. Instead, the opposite has occurred.
