Before kickoff, the tailgate party was in full swing, bringing the best flavors of home to Mexico. Mini hot dogs, sliders, quesadillas, pico de gallo, and all the essentials gave guests the perfect pre-game experience. To elevate the spread, we also included a beautifully arranged charcuterie board featuring a selection of cured meats, cheeses, fresh fruits, and nuts. Then, as the game got underway, the main buffet opened at 7 PM, offering an incredible selection of ribs, chicken, steak, fresh fish, shrimp, salads, and more. Special recognition goes to Federico, who designed the menu, including the outstanding tasting menus served throughout the week.
A major highlight of the night was the technical setup provided by Encore at the hotel. Their massive 3.4 by 4.4 LED wall delivered a crisp, high-quality picture of every moment of the game, making it feel like we were right there in the stadium. The interactive LED lights on the tables added another layer of excitement, turning green or red with each touchdown—though, as many noticed, green was the dominant color of the night!
